Use accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access another customer’s records, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Public signup creates a customer workspace. Team administration and tracker setup require authorized admin access. Creating an account does not start a paid engagement or authorize the team to submit applications for you.
Service scope and payment
Before work starts, agree with Rolevo on the services, deliverables, timing, fees, and payment schedule. Managed applications also need agreed target roles, location preferences, and volume. Engineering work needs a project or capacity scope.
Rates, renewals, cancellations, and refunds depend on your written engagement terms. If any of these points are missing or unclear, ask for clarification before committing. The pricing guide explains the questions to resolve.
Application records and AI-assisted work
Rolevo provides career support and technical services. Employment, interviews, offers, and business outcomes are not guaranteed. Employers make their own hiring decisions.
Application history reflects submissions and updates recorded by the tracker or team. It is not a live connection to every employer’s recruiting system. Tell the team when you receive a reply so the record can be updated.
AI-assisted drafts and practice feedback can contain errors. Check application materials for factual accuracy. Do not provide fabricated experience, qualifications, or work authorization information.
Your information and outside services
Only provide information and materials you are authorized to share for your engagement. Keep your master profile current and tell the team about corrections. Read Privacy & your data before sharing career information or application screenshots.
Booking links, employer websites, and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. The public product walkthrough uses fictional sample data and does not submit applications or modify a customer account.
