Luis has spent 15 years building software and leading in startup environments. He still enjoys the work itself: finding the pattern inside a hard problem, collaborating with strong teams, and turning an idea into something useful.
Along the way, he watched capable friends and engineers struggle to get hired. Their experience was real, but résumés flattened it. Interviews rewarded polish over potential. The search became exhausting and difficult to navigate alone.
Rolevo is his response: career tools that create focus, human guidance that builds confidence, and technical services that help companies assemble teams with care. Luis remains close to engineering while bringing that idea to life.
