A guide to your information
Privacy & your data.
A plain-language guide to the information used in your Rolevo workspace, the services that store it, and the choices available to you.

01 / Information
What we store
The information recorded depends on the features you and the Rolevo team use.
- Your account: email, a password hash, account role, and sign-in session records.
- Your career profile: the name, experience, skills, education, résumé text, work preferences, work authorization, and compensation preferences you provide.
- Applications: companies, roles, job links, submission dates, statuses, résumé references, screenshots when captured, and customer or internal team notes.
- Interview preparation: meeting details, preparation notes, feedback, scores, action plans, and reflections entered in your workspace.
- Support: requests, messages, team replies, and tasks associated with your account.
- Proxy requests: your name, email, connecting country, requested IP count, application, requirements, selected offers and their listed prices, receipt reference, contact permission, and the team’s review status and notes. A hash derived from your connection IP is stored to limit repeated submissions; the request record does not store the raw connection IP.
02 / Use & access
Information that supports the work
Rolevo uses these records to operate your account, prepare applications, track activity, organize interview support, and respond to your requests. The tracker sends application records to the workspace associated with the customer selected by the team.
Customer workspace views are scoped to the signed-in customer. Authorized Rolevo administrators can review customer records and manage applications, interviews, support, and tracker connections. Internal notes and application-specific résumé preparation are part of the team's workflow.
When the team applies to a role on your behalf, the application information and résumé are submitted to that employer or its application platform. Their handling of the submitted information is governed by their own policies.
Proxy pilot details are used to evaluate demand and contact you about your request. They are visible to authorized Rolevo administrators. Submitting a pilot request does not create a paid service, allocate a proxy, or share your details with a proxy supplier.
03 / Files
How screenshots and résumé files are shared
The team's application tracker can capture the visible confirmation page as a record of a submission. That image can include personal information displayed on the page. Uploaded tracker résumé files and captured screenshots are stored separately from the workspace's text records.
Anyone who receives a tracker screenshot or uploaded résumé file link may be able to open it. Workspace sign-in restrictions do not make those file links private. Avoid forwarding them publicly, and contact Rolevo if a file needs to be removed.
04 / Providers
Services behind the workspace
- Cloudflare: hosts the Rolevo website and workspace database. Cloudflare R2 stores tracker screenshots and uploaded résumé files.
- Render and Neon: host the application tracker API and its PostgreSQL database.
- Calendly: opens separately when you choose to schedule a meeting. Booking information you enter there is handled through Calendly.
- Google Fonts: supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser contacts Google to load these files.
External booking, job board, and social links take you to other services. Check their privacy information when using them.
05 / Your browser
Sign-in and account recognition
Customer and administrator website sessions expire 30 minutes after sign-in, even while you are active. You can sign in to the same account in more than one browser; each browser has its own session and expiry time. Signing out ends that browser's website session. A separate account-recognition cookie lasts up to one year so the site can show a sign-in option on a returning visit; it does not grant access to your account.
You can clear these cookies in your browser. Session expiry or clearing cookies does not delete your profile, application history, or support records. The staff tracker extension uses a separate connection, so signing out of the website does not disconnect the team's tracker.
06 / Your choices
Correct information or request removal
You can edit your Master Career Profile after signing in. For an incorrect application record, a file removal, a copy of your information, or account deletion, send a request through workspace support or email hello@rolevohq.com.
Identify the account and the records involved without sending passwords. The team may need to verify that the request is yours and clarify its scope. Account deletion is handled by the team; it is not an automatic action in the workspace.
This guide does not specify a fixed retention period for career or application records. Contact us to confirm the handling of a particular record, including any associated tracker files. A request to Rolevo does not itself remove an application already held by an employer.
